1. The device display is not bright? Please check whether the device has power or whether the device is turned on. You can try to use it after it is fully charged.
2. Can't connect to your Bluetooth device (such as a Bluetooth headset)? You can get close to the Bluetooth device; restart the device, the Bluetooth headset will be connected again; you can also turn off the device and restart, turn on the Bluetooth headset again, and re-enter the pairing state. (The name of the bluetooth device is "K6")
3. Can't connect to your TV? Turn off the nearby bluetooth device to avoid bluetooth connection to other devices. Check if "TX" mode is selected.
4. Can't connect to your computer? Check whether the AUX cable is connected to the wrong computer interface. Check if the computer sound is turned on.
5. No sound output? Please check if the 3.5mm audio cable is connected correctly. The device's audio output interface must be choose transmit mode, and the device's audio input interface must be choose receive mode.
6. Can't read TF card? Please make sure there are music files in the TF card or the file format is correct.
7. What devices are supported? Support all device interfaces with audio input or output, such as computers, TVs, wired speakers, home audio, office audio, MP3 amplifiers, projectors, wired headphones, car audio, etc.
